The Color Den is an independent salon located in Holmdel, NJ at Sola Salons, specializing in the science and art of hair color and cutting. My goal is to bring your visual expectations to reality. Whether you just want to enhance what you have or completely change your look, taking the proper steps along the process to ensure your hair's integrity. I've trained in haircutting with DJ Muldoon, the former Creative Director for Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchell, Esan Martin, Devacurl, curly specialist Evan Joseph, and award winning Josh Demarco. I've taken multiple courses in hair color at The Redken Exchange with Redken Artists Randy Topham, Jerric Fruits, Jillian Bono, George Garcia. Global Artists' Julie Lahr, Michelle Marshall and Veronica Ridge. 2018 and 2019 NAHA Winner and Master Artist Lori Zabel. Blonde Specialists' EmmanuellStyles, Victor Valverde, and Lisa Walker of LisaLovesBalayage. I've also learned styling with world renowned Artist Mustafa Avci and most recently Chris Appleton, hairstylist to the some of the biggest names in music, entertainment, and fashion. Attended business classes with Global Redken Business Artist Linda Macchi, Liz Rose, and Billy B of the make up industry. My love and passion for hair began when I was only 14 years old walking into my first cosmetology class.
